Cream 10 tbsp of butter and 1 cup of sugar together.
Add in 4 room temperature eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla and combine.
Then mix in 1/2 cup of honey, 1 cup of buttermilk, 1/4 cup of blood orange juice and 3 tbsp of blood orange zest.
In a separate bowl sift together 3 cups of all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine.
Grease a 10 cup Bundt cake pan and pour in batter. Bake the cake for 45-48 minutes.
For the Blood Orange Honey Glaze
Combine 2 cups of powdered sugar and 3 tbsp of blood orange juice. Then mix in 2 tbsp of honey. (If the icing is too thick add a little more blood orange juice).
Let the cake cool completely and top with the blood orange honey glaze. Serve and enjoy!
