Hi, I’m Ginny! I’m the baker, photographer and videographer behind In Bloom Bakery.

I’ve been in the kitchen baking basically since I could reach the countertops, and probably even before then. Growing up I learned much of what I know from my mom and grandma, and since starting the blog have been teaching myself how to develop recipes, what works best together, and the overall science behind baking!

I started In Bloom Bakery as a passion project during 2020, as a way to just have fun and share what I was making online. Little did I know, my little hobby would gain the attention of people from all over the world and lead to me becoming a full time food blogger!

I feel truly blessed that I get to have fun baking and sharing my recipes with all of you. It makes me so happy to see all that you create from the blog to be shared with your friends and family. Every year around the holidays I look back over the year and see how the recipes brought joy to so many of you and it makes me quite emotional! I’m so happy to be a small part of of that joy!
