Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream 10 tablespoon of butter and 1 cup of sugar together.
Add in 4 room temperature eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla and combine.
Then mix in ½ cup of honey, 1 cup of buttermilk, ¼ cup of blood orange juice and 3 tablespoon of blood orange zest.
In a separate bowl sift together 3 cups of all purpose flour, ¾ teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoon of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine.
Grease a 10 cup Bundt cake pan and pour in batter. Bake the cake for 45-48 minutes.
