Sprinkle the flour on a small, parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake the flour for 5 minutes, then let it cool.
6 tablespoon (48 g) all-purpose flour
Add the butter, brown sugar and granulated white sugar to a small bowl. Cream together with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Then mix in the vanilla.
2 tablespoon (28 g) unsalted butter, softened, 1 tablespoon (12 g) granulated white sugar, 2 tablespoon (28 g) light brown sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla
Add in the flour and salt and combine. (You can also add a pinch of baking soda to help it taste even more like the real thing if you want!)
6 tablespoon (48 g) all-purpose flour, pinch salt
Add in the milk a little at a time just until the dough pulls together.
½-1 tablespoon (7-15 ml) milk
Add in the chocolate chips and combine with a small rubber spatula.
2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Then enjoy!
