Ingredients

butter

sugar divided

flour

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

milk
1 ½
teaspoon
vanilla bean paste

cups
fresh, sliced peaches
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the butter and pour into a 9" pie pan.
Whisk the flour, 1 cup of the sugar, salt and baking powder together.
Then add in the milk and vanilla and combine.
Pour the batter over the butter.
Arrange the peaches over the batter.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of sugar over the peaches.
Bake the cobbler for 1 hour.
Let it cool for just a few minutes before serving. Best served hot with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
Notes
The cobbler will stay fresh for three days wrapped in plastic wrap. Rewarm before eating for the best taste.
