To start, mix your active dry yeast, sugar, and warm kefir together. Let sit for 10 minutes.

mix flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt and sugar together.

Add in whisked eggs, pumpkin and butter and mix. Add in kefir and yeast mixture and mix until everything is blended.

Knead on medium speed for about 5 minutes. Dough will be smooth and a little sticky.

Form the dough into a ball. Cover for 1 ½ - 2 hours.

Make your filling while dough is rising. Roll the dough into a large rectangle. sprinkle the filling over the dough and spread it evenly.

Roll up the dough tightly.  Cut the rolls about 1 inch wide.

Bake until golden brown. While they bake make your glaze. Brush each roll with the cream cheese glaze. Then serve!
