Start by gathering your ingredients.

Next make your homemade toffee by heating up butter and brown sugar in a pan.

While the toffee is cooling, arrange crackers on a baking sheet. 

Pour toffee over the crackers and spread it evenly. Then bake the toffee covered crackers.

Sprinkle with chocolate and spread.

Pop into the fridge for the chocolate to harden.

Pour the melted white chocolate and peppermint extract over the hardened dark chocolate and spread it evenly.

Then sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Pop in the fridge to completely harden. Break it apart and serve!
