Pecan Pie Cheesecake

This is the best pecan pie cheesecake! It has a brown butter creamy cheesecake layer over a brown butter graham cracker crust and it's topped with a gooey caramel pecan pie topping. It's a super decadent dessert and it's perfect for Thanksgiving!

Prepare the brown butter first!

Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Add the browned, melted butter and brown sugar to the graham cracker crumbs and pulse.

Press the crust down and bake, then let cool.

Make the cheesecake filling.

Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan with the crust. Place the cheesecake in a roasting pan in the oven.

Bake the cheesecake. Once it has chilled, it's time to assemble.

Make the pecan pie topping. Put the topping on the cheesecake followed by pecans and more drizzle. Then serve!
