Peaches & Cream Layer Cake

Cream butter and sugars then add in eggs, vanilla and buttermilk

In separate bowl combine cake flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Then combine with wet ingredients

Divide batter into three pans and bake for 35 minutes

Combine thinly cut peaches and sugar and let sit to create syrup

Make the vanilla bean whipped cream while waiting for cakes to cool

Pour peach syrup  over first layer

In Bloom Bakery

Layer peaches, whipped cream, more peaches and repeat

In Bloom Bakery

Drizzle remaining peach syrup, cut, and serve!
