Peach Vanilla Bean Galette

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and butter to form the dough

Chill the dough for an hour or overnight

Roll the dough out and transfer to baking sheet

Combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla bean paste together. Let sit for 20 mins

Spoon peaches on to the prepared dough

Fold the dough to form around the peach filling

Brush egg wash over the top and sprinkle on turbinado sugar. Set in fridge to chill for 30 mins

Bake the galette, serve with ice cream and enjoy!
