In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Cream together the butter and granulated white sugar with an electric mixer

Then add in the eggs and mix medium-high speed until smooth

Add in the sour cream, buttermilk and lemon zest

Add in the dry ingredients a little at a time

Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan. Bake the cake for 55-60 minutes

Make the lemon glaze, combine confectioners’ sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest in a small bowl

Transfer the cooled cake it to a serving plate. Pour the lemon glaze on top of the cake and then serve!
