The tops of the muffins are extra domed and covered in lots of melty chocolate chips. These bakery-style muffins are perfect for a school snack or breakfast treat. These are sure to be every chocolate lovers new favorite!

Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, sour cream and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Add in the chocolate chips and fold them into the batter

Cover the muffin batter  and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Scoop the batter into muffin tin. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips over each.
