Chocolate Ganache Cake

Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.

Cream together sugar and butter in a large bowl. Then whip in eggs and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients and the buttermilk to the butter mixture a little at a time. Add coffee.

Divide the batter evenly among the cake pans and bake.

Make the chocolate ganache frosting.

In Bloom Bakery

Fill each layer with whipped  chocolate ganache.

Make the chocolate drip and squeeze the ganache around the top edges of the cake.

Once the ganache has chilled on the cake, decorate and serve!
