Carrot Cake Cupcakes

Whisk together flour, ground spices, salt, baking soda and baking powder

Cream together brown sugar, white sugar and butter, then whip in eggs and vanilla

Mix in the dry ingredients and the buttermilk a little at a time

Then add in the shredded  carrots and combine

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners then bake

Make the cream cheese frosting while waiting for the cakes to cool

Pipe cream cheese frosting onto each and sprinkle with  chopped walnuts
